AFO is a New Orleans recording label and publishing company focusing on modern jazz in New Orleans.

Founded by Harold Battiste, AFO offers an opportunity to hear history as well as understand the roots of today’s music.

AFO presents the debut work of both established and emerging artists.
The AFO Foundation continues the work that Harold Battiste started. Harold
has donated his time and labor, plus video tape, recordings (both masters and
CDs), hundreds of historic photos and other memorabilia. AFO Foundation is
starting off in great shape. Please join us in preserving and promoting modern jazz
in New Orleans.
